Laser Hair Removal!

Ok... so i dont want to admit this but YES, I do laser hair removal. So I got the whole process done last year, about 5 months before i got married. It worked great when I was getting it done. They said that I would have to come back to get touch-ups for the random hairs that will still grow back... thiner and finer but still there. Well, I was one of the cases that it has actually gotten worse for. The hair that i WAS trying to get rid of was a lot thiner before i had it done than it is now. Oh the tears I have shed over this small but sensitive subject. So... after some family conversation and pressure, I called the place up where i had it done and complained. I basically said that everything it was suposed to do did the exact opposite. So they are doing a few more treatments on me at a stonger pulse than they used before, and for free. But can I say OUCH!!!!!! It hurt really bad before but this is 100 times worse. I even put numbing cream on before. So... my face feals like its on fire and it is still numb! (3 hours later) So i guess we'll see if it works this time.

Our 1st Anniversary..

So that Saturday was out 1 year anniversary. Oh how a year goes by. It is definately bittersweet. Dallas woke me up early Saturday morning and had me pack a bag for overnight. So we went on a "drive" in the Park City direction. We made our first stop at the Olympic Park in Park City and that was awesome. We got to see the bobsled and actual pro skiers training. They would ski down this slope that was drenched with water and do tricks off it and land in a big pool. We thought it was awesome. Then after that, he took me up to Deer Valley to a lodge were we would be staying called The Chateau at Silver Lake. It was awesome. Then we went to Grappa, which is a very good Italian resteraunt. All in all, I got spoiled. I love my husband so much and i'm grateful to have him as my companion! Aw... Tear. Here are some pics.

St. George Weekend..

So Dallas and I had the fun opportunity to head down to St. George for the weekend for a friends wedding. It was very nice to get out of the city for a couple days. The weather was perfect and it was good to see our good friends Kade and Megan at their reception. I posted a few pics so please enjoy.

So, i get home from work today and open my mail. What did I find but a letter saying that our government check was processed on the 16th. So i got on the computer and got into our bank account online and sure enough, there it was in all it's glory!!!! There is really no better feeling than getting money JUST BECAUSE!!!! I really couldnt be happier. This totally turned around my horrible Monday.. well, it really turned around my week. What a blessing. Just wanted to share my feelings of joy at this current time!

Dall's B-Day..

So it was Dallas's Birthday on Saturday. He is now 24, just like me. I am a month and a 1/2 older than him. So I pretty much ruined his birthday last year, with planning for the wedding and trying to move into our apartment. Ya, we will just say i slaughtered it. So I wanted to make up for it this year. So i did the race for the cure that morning, which i dont think he minded because he was still sleeping. But i made him and I a couples massage at Massage Envy for an hour full body massage. I didnt tell him until right before and he was shocked that i put that much thought into his birthday. The massage was great!!! We both were in heaven, and it was fun because they had us in the same room so we could talk. Then we ate a quick bite, browsed at the Nordstrom Rack, and went to Tucci's for dinner which is his favorite resteraunt. The food was fabulous. Then I took him to see "What happens in Vegas." It was really funny and i Highly recommend it. Then we went home. But he was very happy about the whole day. So HUNNY... I LOVE YOU and i hope you had a happy birthday!!!

I decorated out apartment for Valentines Day. I LOVE streamers. It was very fun for me to do. I think Dall liked it.

So.. as all of you can see, I changed my background! This is really exciting for me because everytime i had tried before, it just wouldnt work. But i did it one last and final time and it worked!! I really like it too. It is very spring/summery. Very green and happy. So that is all. P.S. Please find on my playlist "No Air" by Jordan Sparks and Chris Brown. HELP!!!!!

Ok you guys, I REALLY need some assistance. I NEED to know how to change my background step by step because i have tried to do it a few ways and nothing works. Like for instance... I have gone to pyzam.com, found a back ground that i like, copied it... then went to my edit html section, tried erasing all that stuff that was forever long in that box and posting the code for the background that i wanted... but when i hit preview or even save, the computer tells me that i have done something wrong. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG? I am getting frustrated a little tiny bit. Please help me if you know how to. Thank you SO much!

So right now I am VERY bored!! It's thursday night, my husband left me to go play basketball with some work buddies and i am at my parents house with Megan DeBry. If any of you know her.. might i say that she is a very pleasant girl to be around. I wanted to go to a movie with her tonight but she is not feeling very well. I have been in the biggest mood to see either Prom Night or Emma. Polar opposite movies.. I know. So we will most likely rent a movie and be silly girls for the night. So the question that i do need answered is... How do i change my background without deleting everything i have already on here?? I almost did delete everything and i will not try to do it again till i know how. So if i can have some assistance, it would be much appreciated. So here are some good ol' pics of my past.. House Shopping..

So yesterday, my brother Nate took me and dallas around the valley to look at a few townhomes and condos that are fairly good priced. Some a little better than others.. but i'll get to that. We are living in a pretty small apartment right now which is really cheap, but as all of you know, it is basically like we are throwing money down the drain staying here. I mean YES we have a place to live, YES it is in good area but we cant build any equity here because we dont own it. Thus the reason why we are looking around. Plus it is a really good time to buy. Well, Nate took us to some that are just being built off state and about 8500 South. They are condos and townhomes and they are pretty cute. The townhomes are more pricey but i liked the condos equally as much. The only thing with that place is that Dallas works up in Ogden and i work Down Town so the drive could get old. The second place he took us just to do a "look-see" was some condos out in West Valley. They were cute too but i HATE the area. It just is not for me. Ok... so here is the stumper. The last place we went was Stansbury Park. If you dont know where that is, it is the city thats right before Tooele. You have to drive a ways on I-80 but it only took us 30 minutes from there to my moms house in South Jordan, so it really doesnt take that long of a drive. It's a very pretty drive in fact. I havent been out there for about 15 years. The last time i went out there was when i played a soccer game against a team there. It was a lot smaller back then. The place has really grown. You get a gorgeous view of the great salt lake and the pretty mountains on the opposite side. Anyway, back to the townhouses. They are built by Ivory Homes and they are awesome. The one that we are looking at has two bedrooms, two 1/2 bath and a HUGE kitchen. The total square foot is 1,812 and i'ts $160,000. It includes lots of amentities that the other ones dont offer, and the other town house on State Street ran at $201,000 and it was NOT nearly as big. So we just dont know what to do. I love the townhouse, i just need to get over this idea that Stansbury is not at the edge of the world. I'll keep ya posted.
